These terms govern any purchase made through blancheverene.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The seller is the self-employed person identified on our Legal Notice.
1. Products & pricing
Prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include any applicable Latvian VAT where charged. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We may correct evident pricing errors at any time before the order is dispatched; if the corrected price is materially different we will offer you the choice to confirm or cancel.
2. Order formation
A sale contract is formed when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until then, the order is only an offer from you to buy. We reserve the right to refuse an order (for example for stock or suspected fraud); in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. We never see or store full payment card details.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 12 to 30 working days from order confirmation, depending on destination and customs handling. Times are indicative and not a contractual guarantee. Tracking is provided once dispatched.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or customs charge is the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Returns & Withdrawal page for the procedure and conditions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
6. Legal conformity guarantee
Goods sold to consumers in the EU benefit from the statutory two-year conformity guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a piece is delivered defective or non-conforming, contact us at hello@blancheverene.com within a reasonable time of discovery.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited (death, personal injury, gross negligence, or any other mandatory rule of Latvian or EU consumer law).
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, the trade name and visual identity — is the property of the operator and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Latvian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before the competent Latvian court or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
