    Returns & Withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, as implemented in Latvian law.

    Withdrawal period

    The 14-day period runs from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the piece. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

    How to exercise your right

    To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires to hello@blancheverene.com, stating your order number and the piece(s) concerned. You may use the model form below — it is not mandatory.

    Returning the piece

    After notifying us, you must return the piece without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notification. The piece must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags intact and in the original packaging.

    Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend a tracked service — you bear the risk of loss in transit. We will give you the return address by email when you notify us.

    Refund

    We will refund the price of the returned piece(s), including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the piece back (or of receiving proof of its return, whichever is earlier). The refund is made to the original payment method; you incur no fees for the refund itself.

    If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one we offer, we only refund the standard cost.

    Loss of value

    You may inspect the piece as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value of the piece resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

    Exclusions

    Pieces that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged or stained, and items returned without their tags, cannot be accepted for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.

    Statutory guarantee

    Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal two-year guarantee of conformity. If a piece is defective on arrival, contact us within a reasonable period of discovery; we will arrange repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
